Comcast Boosts Seaport Stays Hotel with Cutting-Edge Technology

Comcast’s (NASDAQ:CMCSA) business division, Comcast Business, has announced its provision of several technology solutions to Seaport Stays, including Ethernet Dedicated Internet, Business Internet, and X1 for Hospitality.

Seaport Stays, a prestigious collection of boutique hotels and long-term rental properties situated along the captivating coastline of North Wildwood, NJ, benefits from Comcast Business’ advanced technology to redefine guest experiences and streamline internal operations.

With a commitment to offering unmatched luxury and comfort across its three distinct properties—Seaport Inn, Seaport Suites, and Oasis by Seaport—Seaport Stays, under the ownership of BG Capital, utilizes Comcast Business’ Ethernet Dedicated Internet, Business Internet, and X1 for Hospitality, alongside managed WiFi services, to position Wildwood as a year-round tourist destination.

Comcast Business is experiencing growth in its clientele, particularly in the small and medium business categories.

Recent collaborations include partnering with THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass, the home of THE PLAYERS Championship, to implement advanced connectivity solutions such as a private wireless network. This network offers wireless broadband speed and capacity with reliability, low latency, multiple 10G-supported circuits, advanced WiFi, and more.

Comcast is witnessing an increase in its wireless subscriber base, with 310K new wireless customers added in the fourth quarter of 2023. Xfinity Mobile, renowned for its high-speed 5G and extensive WiFi coverage, continues to gain significant traction.

CMCSA recently introduced value plans for subscribers, allowing customers to join Xfinity Mobile’s Unlimited or Unlimited Plus plans from just $40 per line, expected to aid in user base expansion.

Comcast has commenced the delivery of multi-gig symmetrical speeds in its DOCSIS 4.0 deployment, a move expected to facilitate faster expansion at a lower cost compared to competitors.
