Market Movers: Standard Lithium Acquires Rights to Brine Leases in Arkansas

Standard Lithium Ltd. (TSX-V:SLL) has signed an option agreement to acquire the rights to conduct exploration, production and lithium extraction activities on up to 33,000 acres of brine leases located in the Smackover Formation of Southern Arkansas.

Datametrex AI Ltd. (TSX-V:DM) has entered an agreement to buy Shoptalk Analytics Group Inc., a Toronto-based data collection company focused on independent pharmacies in the United States. Consideration is $4 million payable by cash and shares.

Anaconda Mining Inc. (TSX:ANX) has released an initial NI 43-101 resource estimate for the Argyle gold deposit at the Point Rousse project in Newfoundland and Labrador. The report shows 38,300 ounces of indicated resources.
