NYX Gaming Files Lawsuit Against William Hill

NYX Gaming Group Ltd. (TSX-V:$NYX) has filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County, against William Hill, alleging that William Hill engaged in wrongful conduct in violation of the New Jersey Antitrust Act in an attempt to block Scientific Games Corp.’s acquisition of NYX.

Furthermore, NYX has entered into an exclusive agreement with Scientific Games regarding the development and distribution of a new sports betting platform in the U.S.

American Manganese Inc. (TSX-V:$AMY) announced on Friday that the bench-scale research program initiated in 2016 to develop intellectual property for recycling lithium-ion battery cathode material has been successfully completed by Kemetco Research.

Importantly, the bench-scale testing of the recycling process achieved a 100% lithium recovery rate. As a result, the company has filed its non-provisional patent application for recycling lithium-ion battery cathode material with the United States Patent Office.

Zomedica Pharmaceuticals Corp. (TSX-V:$ZOM) common shares have been approved for listing by NYSE American. Trading of the shares on the NYSE American will not commence until after Zomedica’s registration statement on Form S-1 is declared effective by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
