    Immunoprecise Antibodies Ltd. (TSX-V:IPA) has entered an agreement to acquire Preclinics GmbH, a private company based in Potsdam, Germany, which performs in-vivo research in rodent models and in-vitro research in cell culture and other in-vitro formats. The purchase price is 2.3 million euros.

    Valeura Energy Inc. (TSX:VLE) has completed the fourth and final production test at the Yamalik-1 exploration well in Turkey with positive results. These results have increased the aggregate 24-hour tested production rate to approximately 2.9 cubic feet per day.

    Golden Arrow Resources Corp. (TSX-V:GRG)’s joint venture with Puna Operations has received approval of the environmental impact assessment for the Chinchillas project in Argentina.
