Datametrex Enters Licensing Deal

Datametrex AI Ltd. (TSX-V:DM) has entered a licensing agreement with ABC Solutions, a software and services provider in South Korea, to sell the AI platform and DataTap technology. ABC has a contract with the Korean Tourism Organization (KTO) for its social media analysis and marketing initiatives for the upcoming 2018 Winter Olympic Games.

Boreal Metals Corp. (TSX-V:BMX) has begun exploration drilling at its Gumsberg property in the Bergslagen mining district of southern Sweden. The company plans to conduct 2,500 meters of drilling across three prospective high-grade volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) mineral trends.

First Cobalt Corp. (TSX-V:FCC) has closed its merger with Cobalt One Ltd., making it the largest landowner in the Cobalt mining camp of Ontario. First Cobalt has also reconstituted its board following this deal.

A.I.S. Resources Ltd. (TSX-V:AIS) has begun exploration at the Salar de Quiron (the Chiron project) in the province of Salta, Argentina. The company plans to conduct sampling, mapping, geophysics, and drilling from December 2017 to March 2018. It also plans to complete an NI 43-101 study in the first quarter of 2018.

Central Iron Ore Ltd. (TSX-V:CIO) has agreed to sell its Eureka gold project to Tyranna Resources Ltd., an ASX-listed company, for AUD$3.2 million.
