Market Movers: Datametrex to Buy Vancouver Cryptocurrency Mining Company for $10 Million

Datametrex AI Ltd. (TSX-V:DM) has entered an agreement to buy Ronin Blockchain Corp., a Vancouver-based cryptocurrency mining company. Datametrex will issue $10 million in common shares for this acquisition.

Synstream Energy Corp. (TSX-V:SHM) has contracted Byte Power Pty. Ltd., a company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, to provide research and development services related to cryptocurrency. Specifically, these services will include evaluating potential cryptocurrencies based on concepts developed by the two companies.

Grenville Strategic Royalty Corp. (TSX-V:GRC), alongside SQN Venture Partners, has invested US$425,000 in Boardwalktech Inc., which owns a data management platform used for developing enterprise-quality blockchain applications.

Abacus Mining & Exploration Corp. (TSX-V:AME) has been denied an environmental assessment certificate for its Ajax copper-gold project in B.C. following a six-year joint review process by the B.C. Environmental Assessment Office and the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency.

SDX Energy Inc. (TSX-V:SDX)’s KSR-15 well on the Sebou permit in Morocco has been completed and tested at an average flow rate of 7.52 million standard cubic feet of natural gas per day. The well has also now been placed on production.
