ABcann Global Corp. (TSX-V:ABCN) has received a license to produce medical cannabis oils from Health Canada. A license to sell the company’s cannabis oils is expected in Q1 2018.

Westport Fuel Systems Inc. (TSX:WPRT) has entered into a development and supply agreement with Tata Motors Ltd. for Tata’s four-cylinder and six-cylinder natural gas spark-ignited commercial vehicle engine family to meet the Indian government’s new emission standards, scheduled to take effect in April 2020.

CVR Medical Corp.  (TSX-V:CVM) has signed a manufacturing agreement with Canon Virginia Inc., a subsidiary of Canon U.S.A. The agreement finalizes Canon Virginia’s status as primary manufacturer, assembler and logistical authority for CVR’s Carotid Stenotic Scan (CSS) device.

Phivida Holdings Inc. (CSE:VIDA) has entered an agreement with Green Reef Distributing Inc. to distribute Phivida’s line of branded cannabidiol-infused products across the state of California, where recreational cannabis is now legal.

Liberty Biopharma Inc. (TSX-V:LTY) has completed its acquisition of Cloud Medical Group Inc., a healthcare company focused on the delivery of cell therapy and e-healthcare solutions.
