Today, Reliq Health Technologies Inc. (TSXV:RHT) (OTC:RQHTF), a fast-growing healthcare technology company specializing in the development of innovative Virtual Care solutions, announced that it had signed three new contracts with orthopedic practices in Texas and California for its powerful iUGO Care platform.
The iUGO Care platform supports care coordination and community-based virtual healthcare by allowing complex patients to receive high-quality care at home. The platform has shown that it can improve health outcomes, cut down the cost of care delivery, and enhance the quality of life for patients and families.
By bringing these new practices on board, Reliq expects to add over 2,000 new patients to the iUGO Care platform by the end of the year. After onboarding the new patients from this month, the contracts are expected to bring in revenues of over $50 per patient per month.
“The demand for Remote Therapeutic Monitoring for orthopaedic patients continues to grow beyond our expectations,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “With Medicare’s recent expansion of their virtual care programs to include Remote Therapeutic Monitoring for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, clinicians are now able to use our iUGO Care platform to track vital signs, movement and medication adherence, update care plans, deliver content including videos of prescribed exercises, coordinate care with allied health providers such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists and conduct virtual visits with their patients who have musculoskeletal issues.
These new contract wins follow last month’s announcement that Reliq had signed entered a partnership with Data Soft Logic (DSL) to provide iUGO Care to its existing and new clients. The Data Soft Logic platform is a cloud-based home health and hospice care solution that provides a suite of applications such as point of care, billing, scheduling, accounting and human resources.
Data Soft Logic’s home health and hospice clients work with over 1,000 primary care physicians who provide care to over 500,000 Medicare and Medicaid patients.
