    Community Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE:CYH) will be participating in the Citi 2017 Global Healthcare Conference, held on December 6-7, 2017 at The Lotte New York Palace Hotel in New York.

    The investor presentation will be on Thursday, December 7 at 11:00 am Eastern time (10:00 am Central time). Investors may access it through a live audio webcast, in a link in the investor relations section of the company’s website, www.chs.net. The webcast will also be available for 30 days afterward on the site.
