The EGM will be held at 34/F, Tower Two, Times Square, 1 Matheson Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at 9:00 a.m., Hong Kong time, for the purpose to consider and vote on the resolution set forth in the EGM Notice.
