Little Gold Creek port of entry to close for the season on September 4

LITTLE GOLD, YT , Sept. 1, 2023 /CNW/ – The Little Gold Creek port of entry in the Yukon will extend its service for the summer season over the Labour Day long weekend, until Monday, September 4, 2023, at 7:00 pm Pacific Time.

Due to harsh winter weather conditions, the Little Gold Creek port of entry operates from June to September each year. Travellers can use the Beaver Creek port of entry as an alternative during the seasonal closure.

  • The Little Gold Creek port of entry is located 105 km from Dawson City on the Top of the World Highway and is the most northern border crossing in North America.



  • Last season, more than 8,800 travellers entered Canada at Little Gold Creek port of entry.
