(TSXV:CRBK)(OTCPK:CRBKF)(FRANKFURT: PMM1) (“Carebook” or the “Company”), a leading Canadian digital health company offering innovative digital health and virtual care solutions for pharmacies, employers, insurers, and governments, announces that an aggregate of 1,249,834 stock options was granted to employees, consultants and directors of Carebook as part of their overall compensation and retention program. 622,500 of these stock options were granted to directors and officers of the Company. Each stock option entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company (a “Common Share”) at an exercise price of $1.17 per Common Share and expires on May 25, 2031.
Following these grants, the Company has a total of 4,496,934 stock options outstanding (and options to purchase up to 676,599 Common Shares remain available for future issuance under the Company’s stock option plan).
