CALGARY, AB, Jan. 2, 2024 /CNW/ – Keyera Corp. (TSX: KEY) (“Keyera”) announced today that it has agreed to issue $250 million of 30 year senior unsecured medium term notes (the “Notes”). The Notes will have a fixed coupon of 5.663% per annum, paid semi-annually, and a maturity date of January 4, 2054.
The offering of the Notes (the “Offering”) is expected to close on January 4, 2024 and the net proceeds will be used to refinance short term indebtedness under Keyera’s credit facility and for general corporate purposes.
The Notes are being offered through a syndicate of dealers co-led by CIBC Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets under Keyera’s Short Form Base Shelf Prospectus dated December 12, 2023, as supplemented by a Prospectus Supplement dated December 14, 2023, and a Pricing Supplement dated January 2, 2024.
