Pure Technologies Agrees to $509M Sale

Pure Technologies Ltd. (TSX:PUR) has entered a definitive agreement with Xylem Inc., a global water technology company based in the U.S., under which Xylem will acquire Pure Technologies for approximately $509 million.

(TSX:PLI)‘s PBI-4050 drug candidate has been issued a promising innovative medicine (PIM) designation by the United Kingdom Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) as an add-on treatment to nintedanib in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).
